START-UP ASSISTANCE / ONSITE TRAININGIt is Sciential Solutions' objective to provide the end-user with the tools necessary to maintain optimum process separation performance. It has been our experience that successful separation performance stems from a solid understanding of those parameters that will have the greatest effect on separation performance. Equally important is the ability to minimize cost, while maximizing performance.
Sciential Solutions' staff are available to assist plant operators and consulting engineering firms with start-up assistance and monitoring. Our concentrated on-site training and continual follow-up will ensure optimum process separation performance long after our process engineer has left the job-site.
BENCH TESTING
Sciential Solutions routinely evaluates materials from throughout the world to determine optimum process conditions and separation performance. Laboratory and pilot plant testing of solid-liquid separation are the best option for determining process performance and scale-up data for commercial sizing.
Treatment facilities continually look to optimize plant process performance either by mechanical or chemical means. Evaluation of mechanical means requires the appropriate test equipment and protocol. Sciential Solutions bench-scale test equipment and proven test mythologies help to determine the right equipment and chemical conditions. Available bench-scale equipment include:

Evaluation of chemical means requires not only test equipment, but the most appropriate chemicals for coagulation, flocculation, conditioning and where necessary, review of plant flows sheet configurations. The most cost-effect means of evaluation is through bench-scale testing. Testing can be conducted at our laboratory facility or the customers designated test-site. It should be noted that bench-scale testing is a snapshot of the process. If the treatment plant experiences process variabilitions, pilot testing at the plant-site may be necessary.
FIELD SERVICE
Sciential Solutions will provide the right test equipment for evaluation. Sciential Solutions' field service team can provide temporary equipment for evaluation. Based on the results of the test evaluation, our parent company Sciential Supply & Equipment can supply permanent (full-scale) equipment. Other technical services provided:
